Large Double room to let for one person in a house share. PRIVATE rent, all bills included. Canning Town, Star Lane and West Ham stations in a walking distance, bus in front of the house.
This is a 5 bedroom big house with a beautiful garden. You will share with one guy and three girls. There are two shower rooms and additional separate toilet.
Kitchen- diner is quite big and well equipped. There is also a little living room, but we preffer to spend our free time in our beautiful garden under the weranda. We like to relax in there in the evening with a drink or two.
We are all working professionals and some of us are also studying.
Our place have a very homely feel and atmosphere is very friendly. We do like to spend time together but also like our privacy. We do respect each other and we are looking for someone to have a similar outlook.
Our new flatmate have to be pet friendly person as we share the house with a cat,
Room is fully furnished and house is well equipped with all amenities needed, fast 300Megabits Virgin broadband in place too. There is no cleaning rota. There is a huge loft as an extra storage space. Side access to the rear garden is also very handy for someone with a bike.
