Bills Included Furnished Double in Canning Town

Our housemate is moving out 31 May hence we are looking for a clean & tidy non-smoking working professional to join us (2 friendly Hong Kongers) in a well located, tidy terraced house in Canning Town for the long term :)

The property is ~10 mins walking distance from Canning Town station (Jubilee line, DLR) in a residential area close to amenities

You will be having an East facing double room approx. 100 sq feet and with lockable doors. It's furnished with a double bed & thick mattress (storage space under the bed), huge double door wardrobe with built in hanging rail and shelves, and a desk with drawers & chair.

You will share a 3 piece shower room with only 1 other super clean & tidy male housemate, there's also a shared downstair toilet. Boiler is recently serviced with a Megaflo tank installed to ensure strong water pressure

All bills are covered including council tax, utilities (water, gas, electricity), and very fast 1Gbps fibre broadband. We will pool in for common area items eg. toilet roll, dishwasher tablet, cleaning supplies etc.
