I’m renting out a furnished ensuite double room in a modern two-bed flat in Canning Town available from next week

The flat is very well located for anyone working in Canary Wharf or the City. It is less than a five-minute walk to the tube station, two stops from Canary Wharf, and less than 30 minutes to the City.

The room is a furnished double room with a wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside table, plus a fully private ensuite shower room. The kitchen and living room are shared, and the flat also benefits from a balcony, lift, secure entry, reception, post room, gym access and coworking spaces. There is also a washing machine / dryer and dishwasher.

Please note: the bedroom and ensuite photos are inventory photos taken before the room was furnished. The room is currently furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside table. I can also share a video walkthrough of another flat in the building with the exact same layout for additional context. The furnishings / finishes may differ slightly, but it gives a good sense of the room, ensuite and overall layout.

You’d be sharing with me. I also work in Canary Wharf, so this would suit someone who wants a convenient and comfortable base in London.
