The house is homely and well maintained. The current occupants are warm and peaceful, calm and respectful and busy working or studying. Looking for a similar person to fit in...low key, not party people.

The location is quiet but well connected. Canary Wharf 15mins door to door, City and West End 30mins. A few minutes walk from Star Lane, Canning Town and West Ham Tube stations also nearby.
City Airport 15mins so European trips are super convenient.

The local area is continuing to undergo extensive development, new shops and restaurants pop up all the time.
The house has all the necessary facilities and kitchen appliances.

The room is furnished as needed.

All bills and Council Tax and WiFi included.
