I'm 38, IT professional, friendly, sociable and clean. I'm looking for a tidy, friendly and considerate flatmate. I enjoy chatting, socialising and the occasional movie night, but also value personal space and quiet time. It's not a party flat, although having friends over occasionally is absolutely welcome.

Keeping the flat clean and tidy is important to me, especially cleaning up after cooking. Hybrid working is fine.
