Double room available

We’re looking for a new flatmate to join our modern 3-bed new-build flat in Canning Town, as our other flatmate has recently moved out.

The flat is 5 mins from Canning Town DLR & Jubilee line and around 15 mins from the Elizabeth line at Custom House. The room is a modern double bedroom, sharing a bathroom with just one other person.

We’re two professionals working in the City, so we’re out most of the day but around most evenings and weekends. We’re social and enjoy going out for drinks, dinners and doing things at the weekend. We’re both into running, and I’m also into triathlon and love cooking, so there’s always something going on!

We’re looking for someone who’s social, friendly and up for getting to know their flatmates, while also being respectful of everyone’s space.

The flat is always kept clean and tidy, with a cleaner every other week, so cleanliness is important to us and we’re looking for someone who will do their bit too.

All bills included: utilities, council tax, WiFi and cleaner.
