Double room to rent

Hi there, it's Nat here. I am moving up North with my family and job. I am looking for a female to take over my room from 18th of September. Spaceous double room, with amazing light. Plenty of space for a double bed and wardrobe, cabinet what you would like. The flat it's in a great location with two supermarkets (lidl and Morrison). 7/10'min from the station. There is a little park around the corner if you like to go for a walk or run. The flat has a spacious living with a balcony, a nice kitchen and bathroom, also there is another balcony at the back where we usually in summer enjoy our coffee outside. I am looking for someone to join my current amazing flatmate, clean and friendly.
