Looking for a flatmate for a spacious double room with a large private bathroom in a 2bed 2bath modern flat right outside canning town station ( Jubliee, DLR ) in zone2 is available.

This is a new build and is a built to rent property, implying ideally suited for renting for professionals. The amenities include 24 hr gym, a working space, lounge, reception etc.

The Canning town tube station is across the street, less than a minute walk. There are cafe and departmental stores around with a big Morrison store, less than 2 minutes walk.

The flat comes with a large balcony with good views. The room comes fully furnished with a double bed.

I have included a video which was taken/provided before moving in the Flat, which has been supplemented later with our furniture. The flat looks better than in pictures. Happy to show the room on a video call or in-person.
