We are a family of three adults looking for a considerate, clean and mature person to join our home while our daughter is away, ideally for around 2 years (shorter stays may be considered).

The room is a furnished double bedroom for 1 person in our comfortable family home, with shared bathroom and additional toilets, shared kitchen and living room, fridge and cupboard space, Wi-Fi and garden access.

We are looking for someone who enjoys the idea of being part of a friendly household while remaining independent.

We have three cats, so you must genuinely like cats and be comfortable with a calm household.

Important: this is a lodger arrangement in our family home, not a conventional flat share. We are looking for someone respectful of family space, privacy and routines.

Non-smoker only (including vaping), no candles or incense. No personal guests or parties. Moderate, responsible alcohol consumption is fine as long as it isn't disruptive.

The location has excellent public transport connections. We are around a 2-minute walk from several bus routes towards Canning Town and Barking. Canning Town provides easy access to the Jubilee, Central and District lines and DLR. The Elizabeth line is also around a 15-minute walk away. No parking.

All bills and household essentials are included.
