Ensuit double room in heart of Canning Town

Hi all,

My current flatmates are moving out end of November. I’m looking for someone to replace them. I am looking for someone clean, respectful, friendly. It’s not a party house however visitors such as friends and family are always welcome. I’m very easy going as long as there’s mutual respect and respect towards the property. The landlord is amazing, he always fixes issues within a day and doesn’t bother us at all. The property is situated 10 minutes walk (5 if you walk fast 😂) from Canning Town station. The building has a concierge that always accepts parcels for us. There is Morrisons, Sainsbury’s, Superdrug, savers and many other shops within walking distance. I have a 5 year old cat named Toby. I work in hospitality so someone from the same background would be ideal. All bills are included. There is no cleaner so I’d expect the former flatmate to contribute to keeping the place clean. The property came unfurnished ( apart from the bedrooms ( beds and wardrobes were provided by the landlord) so I’ve made it a home and look for someone who will respect it.
