Spacious Canning Town room with own bathroom

My lovely flatmate is moving out, so I’m looking for someone super friendly to join me in a spacious two-bedroom flat in Canning Town!

The area is lovely, and the flat has a spacious living area, a kitchen, a large balcony and plenty of storage. You’ll have your own bathroom, and the room comes furnished with a bed, two bedside tables and a wardrobe.

Bills are an additional £125 per month.

You’ll be sharing with me, Avantika. I’m 26 and work in PR and communications. I enjoy cooking, baking, playing badminton and exploring London. I’m always up for a chat and hanging out, but also appreciate my own space and downtime.

I’m looking for someone friendly, considerate and tidy who wants a relaxed, welcoming home. I’d love to share with someone who’ll treat it as their home rather than just a place to stay.

The move-in date is flexible between mid-December to January and early January, but I’m hoping to find the right person and get the contract sorted as soon as possible.
