Lovely tree view 2 bed flat /canning town station

Located in Canning Town, East London, near by the tube station. Looking for a female flatmate for a minimum 8 month let — ideally someone working full time and looking to live here long term.

The room looks out onto lovely trees where birds nest, and there's a park right downstairs, so it's quiet day to day. The neighbours are friendly. Nearby you'll find Tian Tian Chinese supermarket, Morrisons and Lidl, plus a gym, a Pilates studio and plenty of restaurants and shops.

Commuting is easy — about 7 minutes' walk to Canning Town station on the Jubilee line, and Canary Wharf and central London are both quick. There's an Elizabeth line station around 15 -20minutes away too. A bus stop sits directly downstairs, and there's parking available if you drive.

I'm looking for someone clean and tidy, who respects boundaries, is LGBTQ+ friendly, and is polite and considerate — and I'll be the same. I would prefer a working professional, as council tax is shared. I'm pretty chilled and easy going, and I cook now and then — feel free to try my food.
