I am a live in landlady of a two bed two bathroom apartment . I occupy the main bedroom and en-suite. I have a large spare double bedroom with lots of storage that comes with it’s own private main bathroom (with bathtub &shower).
A little about me - chilled, working as an accountant in the commodities sector. I dabble in property investment and am training to become a personal trainer on the side.
A little more about what’s on offer - the flat is minutes walk from Canning Town tube station, (jubilee line), has 24 hour concierge. All rooms benefit from balcony access including the bedrooms and living room. Freshly decorated. Ottoman storage bed for them big suitcases! Two wardrobes, a desk and chair for those that need to wfh.
My preference is to live with one person however Couples are welcome - as you can appreciate this will be at an an extra fee being that all bills are included in the cost stated and naturally expenses increase with an additional person.
