SHORT LET – 4 - 6 MONTHS (Girls preferred)

Hi everyone!

I'm looking for a friendly, considerate female flatmate to join me and my two lovely cats, Steph and Natalie, for a 4 to 6 -month short let.

The flat is cosy and warm, with a little garden, central heating, and all the usual kitchen appliances - microwave, washing machine, etc. Your room is a fully furnished double with a bed, wardrobe, bedside table, and a chest of drawers.

We're in a great location - just a 13-minute walk (or a short bus ride) to Canning Town Station (Jubilee Line) or Custom House (Elizabeth Line). Super handy for getting around! The O2 is only one stop away on the Jubilee Line (perfect for nights out or the cinema), and Westfield Stratford is just two stops from Canning Town. There’s also a lovely park just 5 minutes away, plus shops and the high street close by.

About me: I work in tech and usually work from home, though I go into the office 1–2 times a week. I enjoy staying active (gym, cycling, workouts), catching up with friends, going to the cinema, and chilling with some good music. I’m easy-going and respectful of shared spaces, and I’m looking for someone similar - a working professional, non-smoker, and cat-friendly!

This is a calm and homely space, not a party flat. Steph and Natalie (my cats) are super sweet and love a cuddle - especially Steph, who’s a bit of a lap-cat!

Rent: Most bills included, just electricity and gas separate (approx. £65/month)
Deposit: £600
Upfront: 1 month’s rent
Contract: 4 to 6 months
