Canning Town station (Zone 2/3) (Jubilee, DLR & bus station) is under 10 minutes at my admittedly fast pace. Google maps has it at 13 minutes. Fast access to Canary Wharf, Central, Stratford and City Airport.

Custom House (DLR, Elisabeth/Crossrail and Emirates Airline) is approximately 15 minutes walk (google maps).
