Our darling flatmate is moving in with her partner this summer so her room will be available!

The room is bright and spacious with loads of storage space and natural light.

We will ask for a holding deposit of £150, which will be counted towards the main deposit later on.
You’ll be sharing the house with me (Sophia), Georgia, and my cat Bodie ☺️


Being queer-friendly is a non-negotiable 💗
We have a beautiful living room complete with stacks and stacks of books (welcome to borrow), plants, my electric piano collecting dust & a TV. The living room is a lovely communal space that gets heaps of natural light and is ideal for cosy chats, movie nights, dinner parties etc.
There’s 1 bathroom with a shower over the bath, we have a huge loft space for extra storage, as well as the cute patio out the back complete with cherry tree.
The kitchen is well equipped as well, with brand new oven and fridge/freezer recently replaced by the lovely landlady.

Bills come to ~120 each for gas & electricity, water, council tax (band E), wifi & netflix.

Street parking is available with resident permit from Islington Council.

We’re in the absolute best location, with easy buses into central, Shoreditch, Old Street etc, 9 mins walk to Canonbury overground, Dalston about 12 mins walk & similar to Upper Street. Easy to get to Highbury & Islington for the Victoria line too!


A little about me -
I’m Sophia, a 28y/o bi woman (she/her) working as a hospital doctor. I’m interested in sexual & repro health, psych and social/cultural intersections. I also love learning languages (currently self-teaching Portuguese), dim sum, hidden speakeasies and wholesome craft socials. I like getting out of my comfort zone and try to be a yes person (but you’ll never get me running).

Georgia is also 28, originally from Lancashire & works in production for Sadlers Wells. She loves a good boogie, a dip in the ponds on Hampstead Heath & a healthy dose of dream analysis.
