My charming 1-bedroom flat is located in a quiet cul-de-sac in Islington.

It is a modern one bedroom flat, set on the first floor and benefits from open plan kitchen/living room and a private balcony.

It offers a comfortable living space with a sofa bed and beautiful natural light, TV, fully functional kitchen, bedroom that overlooks trees and has a large bed (bigger than super king!), a balcony lined with plants to relax with your morning coffee and a modern bathroom with shower/bath.

The flat is in good working order, ensuring a hassle-free stay. The location is ideal, with a bus stop just 2 minutes away, providing easy access to major transportation hubs like King's Cross and Waterloo in under 30 minutes.

I am seeking a trustworthy and responsible person (as I love my home!) to sublet for the month of December (dates flexible).

The ideal person will be someone who is committed to respecting the space and willing to look after my plants (watering once a week). As it is a sublet I would keep my belongings in the flat but would make space for you in the wardrobe and cupboard. No smoking or pets please.
