This flat is ideal for business-students or professionals, for a quiet and cozy 1st floor home with large balcony in Canonbury, a leafy area of Islington, also 10 min walk from trendy Dalston.


It comes with access to the carpark green area and locked bike shed, for a car parking space this can be let from neighbours.


The smaller ensuite single room can fit a small double bed and this can be converted into an office or for storage, ensuite with a modern electric shower and basin.
The main bedroom is ample, and it has space for a small desk, its bathroom is next to it with a bath, electric shower, basin and the shared toilet.

This flat has hosted many pets - cats and small dogs are most welcomed, this flat is not childproofed, so not suitable for children under 12 yes old.

I started hosting visitors to help me achieve my dream of setting up a home by nature where I can have a community driven wellbeing and yoga space.

I am new to SpareRoom but on another platform I am a five star host, and I have been a landlord since 2014, I can quote the feedback being "place is homey", "very relaxing" "full of greenery with good connection to City centre".
