A double bedroom with a balcony is available in a 2b flat in a lovely Canonbury area. Single occupancy only.

About you: female, non smoker, clean and quiet, and ideally not working from home full time as I work from home a lot.

About me: friendly, mostly minding my own business, respect privacy and peace of our home.

Just to confirm - there will be only 2 people living in the apartment, myself and the new tenant, and we will share the living room, kitchen and the bathroom.
