A bright, cosy room is coming available in our lovely Canonbury home on October 24th as our housemate Sophie is moving on.

We are looking for a clean, tidy, and sociable professional who wants a warm and homely atmosphere to come back to!

The Room & House:

The Room: Small, light-filled room with a lovely garden view. It doesn't have space for a desk, so it’s best suited for someone who works in an office/onsite and wants a peaceful, relaxing bedroom. Comes with a large dedicated cupboard in the hallway for wardrobe storage.

The House: Features a spacious open-plan kitchen and living area (great for hosting friends!) and a large garden that’s fantastic in the summer.

Rent & Details:
Rent: £1,050/month
Bills: ~£150/month
Deposit: £1,230
Availability: 24th October (Viewings start 18th September)

Requirements: References required; no pets (per tenancy agreement).

About Us:

Mairi: Graphic designer at an architecture firm. Enjoys art galleries, city breaks, learning French, playing guitar, and making art.

Silvia: Molecular biology researcher at Imperial. Enjoys going to the cinema, visiting galleries, and is also learning French!

We both love exploring local spots around London, as well as relaxing evenings at home. We’d love to find someone with a similar balance who is up for a friendly, social household while keeping the place clean and tidy.
