Bright room is Canonbury House

Rent £1050, bills around £150. References and £1230 deposit required. No pets allowed (as in our rent agreement)

Viewings beginning Sunday 15th of Feb.

We have a cosy room available on the 14th of March in our Canonbury house.

The room is small so would suit best someone who works mostly in office and wants a relaxing space to come home to. It has a lovely view of the garden and lots of natural light. It has a large cupboard in the hall which is used as the wardrobe. We also have a desk and chair in the living room if desk space is needed.
Dan will be moving out on March 14th, so the room will be available from then.
We have a garden and a living room where we like to watch films, play music, cook and relax.

The kitchen is open-plan, which is nice for hosting friends, and the garden is great in summer!

We both have busy schedules, but we enjoy keeping the house nice and homely, so someone clean, tidy, and friendly is preferred!

Mairi is a graphic designer working for an architecture firm and enjoys visiting art galleries, city breaks, learning French, spending time outdoors, drawing and ceramic making in her free time.
Silvia is a molecular biology researcher at Imperial College. In her free time, she enjoys going to the cinema, art galleries, and learning French as well!
