Double room available in Canonbury from 1 August.

Hi! I'm Andy and am sad to be moving out of this flat. But I'm moving in with my partner and so the room is available!

Room is available from 01 August, the preference would be for the new tenancy to start on this date.

Its a really good sized flat, and room especially for being relatively central and the price.

Current housemate is Jimmy, an Australian who works in broadcasting. He is a super chill guy and easy to get on with.

Flat is on a quiet road at the top of Essex Road. It's about 6 mins to walk to Canonbury overground, or 12-14mins or so to Highbury and Islington. I work in Shoreditch and the cycle to work is <10mins.

Room furnishings tbc, but Bed is definitely staying and also likely the wardrobe and chest of drawers. Desk and chair I'll be taking with me.

Will do my best to facilitate viewings but with weekend/work commitments, these may have to be on weeknight evenings. But some opportunities for Monday/Friday (my potential WFH days).
