Lovely Room in Islington (N1)– Summer Sublet

Hi!

I'm subletting my lovely room in Canonbury, Islington (N1) this summer. The room is available from 14 July to 23 August.

The house is tucked away on a private, quiet street, making it a peaceful place to come home to while still being in a fantastic location. It's within walking distance of Islington and De Beauvoir, and just 15 minutes to Shoreditch via the Overground.

You'll be sharing the house with two friendly professional women (aged 26-31). We have a relaxed, respectful atmosphere and are looking for someone who'll enjoy the space in the same way.

The house includes:

A spacious living and dining room opening onto a lovely garden
A separate, fully equipped kitchen with everything you need
A bright, cosy bedroom overlooking the garden
A shared bathroom (with just one other housemate on the same floor)

We're ideally looking for a professional or postgraduate/student woman in a similar age range, staying for at least one month.
