Huge room in friendly De Beauvoir flat

Hello!

Me, Ryley, and Hannah (28, 28, and 29) have been living together since I moved in around 8 months ago and I’m leaving my beloved room to move home. (Hannah has only just joined our flat a few weeks ago, so you’ll both be new!!). We all met through SpareRoom/friendz of friends and we work in jewellery, law, and hospitality 😊. We’re looking for a new flatmate to join the house and fill my room (top floor, largest room in the flat).

We are walking distance from Angel (15 mins), and Highbury & Islington (15 minutes) and have a bus stop literally right outside the door :) there’s loads of shops around (I could throw a stone and hit Tesco) and also close to the canal, De Beauvoir (the De Beauvoir Arms is our local) and Camden Passage.

We are social and like to go to the pub and catch up but we also love our chill evenings at home, a nice dinner or movie night or just our own space :)

Everyone is welcome, LGBTQ+ friendly, safe space for women!

No pets and no couples though sorry!

The move-in date is 1 August, and the first two months will be a sublet before you can go officially on the lease from 23 September. This is because I have some things that I need to keep in the flat until the first week in September!

For this reason, we’re looking for someone who wants to stay longer term (make a home!) and sign onto the lease in September ☺️ We’re a social house, and my lovely flatmates are looking for a friend as well as a roommate 💕.

We’re an international house, Ryley is Aussie, and Hannah is from NZ, so very open to meeting new people from new places.
