I’m looking for someone to take over my room in a lovely three-bedroom flat in Canonbury just up from Angel from mid October.

The rent is £974 per month, with bills and council tax coming to around £130 per month.

Im leaving to move in with my partner and will miss this place so much. It’s a brilliant location: about 15 minute walk from Angel, 12 minutes from Highbury & Islington, and just 2 minutes from Essex Road station, with great bus links nearby. There’s also a roof terrace with amazing views across the city.

You’d be living with two amazing girls in their twenties who work full-time in recruiting and admin. They’re both friendly, sociable, and easy to live with. Striking that balance between having their own routines and spending time together as a household. They enjoy dinners together, introducing each other to friends, and the occasional long evening chatting at home.

They’re looking for someone who wants more than just a place to live, someone who’d enjoy being part of a warm, welcoming, and genuinely friendly home. It’s a respectful, easygoing flat with a great atmosphere, and they’d love to find someone who’ll feel at home here.
