Cosy Room in Lovely N1 Area

We are looking for a new friendly housemate to join from the 1st of October.

LOCATION:

Great location, quiet street - near lots of good bus routes. 5 minute walk to Essex road station, and in the middle of Angel tube, Highbury & Islington and Haggerston overground (all approx 15/20 min walk). The neighbourhood is lovely, near the canal and with lots of eateries around.

THE ROOM:

The room is partially furnished - it has a fitted wardrobe, a desk, and bedside table (no bed). It’s on the east side so gets a good amount of sunlight during the day. You would be sharing the bathroom with just one other flatmate (as the third bedroom has an ensuite).

THE FLAT:

The flat is the top 2 floors of a house (our neighbour lives in the bottom 2).

Electricity is included but the remaining bills are not included. This comes to about £150 per month (roughly). This covers internet, gas, water, council tax.

You’ll be living with me, Marie, and Peter: I’m a 32 year old audiologist from New Zealand who loves the outdoors, travelling and cooking. Peter is a 32 year old also from New Zealand working as a product designer, and enjoys movies, music, and travelling. Looking for someone who’s easy to get on with and is tidy/respectful, who’ll like to chill together but also has their own thing going on.
