The flat / house is set across 3 light filled floors, with an open plan kitchen, dining and living room as well as a balcony and roof terrace. In a gated mews, down the road from Newington Green and a 5 min walk to Canonbury Overground, 12 minute walk to Dalston Junction, 15min walk to Highbury & Islington.
I am sadly moving out so we're looking for a 4th person to join the house and take over my amazing room. Existing flatmates are all women, 27-31yo and the vibe in the flat is so lovely and friendly.
We enjoy our own time as well as spending time together in the flat and on the roof –– cooking and watching movies.
The room is unfurnished but open to cutting a deal on the wardrobe, dresser and/or desk!
