Cosy room in friendly Islington flat

Looking for a lovely new flatmate for our cosy room in the heart of Islington!

🏡 About the Room & Flat:
The room is on the smaller side, but super cosy and perfect for someone who wants a comfortable place to relax and recharge. The flat is in a safe, private complex, offering peace of mind and a calm space to come home to. Fits a double bed, draws and wardrobe but not spacious enough for a desk. The room itself isnt furnished but there is potential to purchase furniture from our flattie who is moving in with her boyfriend.

📍 Location, Location, Location:
We’re based right in central Islington – a fantastic neighbourhood with everything you need nearby. You’ll have amazing transport links with Highbury & Islington and Angel stations just a short walk away, and lots of buses making it easy to get almost anywhere in London.

👫 Who You’ll Be Living With:
You’ll be sharing with great flatmates who love exploring everything London has to offer – from food spots and gigs to galleries and parks – but who also appreciate a relaxed and respectful home vibe. It’s a sociable but chilled flat, not a party house.

Chloe is from Australia and works in banking. She moved to London at the beginning of the year and loves fashion, travelling and a drink in the sun.
Kelly is a kiwi physio who has been in London for 7 years and loves the outdoors, sport and a wine with friends.

💻 Important to Know:
As the flat isn’t ideally set up for working from home, we’re ideally looking for someone who works out of the house during the day. We are also looking for like minded people who are clean, similar ages, respectful and keen to have a wine after a busy week.
