I’m Taegan, a 31-year-old primary school teacher from Australia. I’ve been in London for three years and have lived in this flat since May 2025. I absolutely love it here and have spent a lot of time making it feel like home.

I’m looking for a couple (or baller) to take over the larger bedroom.

• Top-floor corner flat, so we only have neighbours on one side
• Looks out over greenery with really nice sunset and city views 🌅
• Responsive landlord

It’s on a quiet street in Canonbury but still really well connected:
🚆 Essex Road: 4 min walk
🚆 Canonbury: 6 min walk
🚇 Highbury & Islington: 10 min walk
🚲 Angel: around 5 mins by bike

Upper Street, cafés, restaurants, green spaces and the canals are all nearby. The Marquess Tavern and The Canonbury Tavern are also only a couple of minutes away, which is dangerously convenient for a Sunday roast or spontaneous drink.

👯 About me / who I’m looking for:

I’m clean, considerate and have lived in shared houses for over a decade, so I’m very used to sharing space with other people.

I work long hours Monday to Friday and, after spending all day surrounded by the chaos of 6-year-olds, I definitely appreciate coming home to somewhere calm and tidy 😅

Outside of work I love travelling, finding good places to eat, walks, the gym, baking, movie nights and the occasional drink with friends.

I’d love to live with a couple around a similar age who want to become friends as well as housemates, because nobody wants to be stuck in the awkward kitchen small-talk stage forever 😂. In saying that, I completely respect that everyone needs their own space and downtime.
