We have a basement room to rent in friendly house-share of 4, a 5 minute walk from Highbury Corner.

The house is a full Victorian terrace, with a large combined kitchen, dining and living space. There is an outdoor terrace to the back of the house. You will be sharing with 4 friendly, courteous and sociable young people; 1 student and 3 professionals. This would be a perfect opportunity for someone who’s just moved to London to work or study and wants easy access to the city, or maybe short term let for someone with longer term plans they need to work around.

Despite being below ground and sans window, it has a few things which make is a super find in this part of London.

It’s 5 minutes from Highbury & Islington Under/Overground station, and Highbury fields. A ten minute walk to upper street and all the bars and boutiques it offers. Bus routes 19, 277, 30, 393, 4 and N19 all leave from a minute down the road putting Dalston, Hackney, Finsbury Park and Waterloo in easy reach.

Best of all, the room is 14. 5 square meters. As you can see from the pictures, it is cosy and spacious.
