Double Room in beautiful Barnes apartment

I am renting a double-room in my modern, furnished 2-bedroom apartment. [pictures are a mix of professionals and my own with my furniture etc]

The apartment is situated close to some lovely Deli's, Bakeries, and Coffee Shops. Short walk over Hammersmith Bridge to the Jubilee, District and Hammersmith and City Line's. It's also a short walk into Barnes Village which has a lovely pond, OSO Arts Centre and many amenities. There's also Barnes and Barnes Bridge Station this side of the bridge.

We have parking, a beautiful shared garden, balcony and shared open living space.

A bit about me:
Hi! I'm an actor/entrepreneur, so my week is a mix of being out at workshops/meetings and working intensely from home. I keep the flat calm, tidy, and welcoming, and I'm looking for someone who feels the same way about home, a peaceful space to come back to at the end of the day.

Who I'm looking for:
Ideally someone who's mostly out at work during the day, so the flat stays quiet when I need to focus. Beyond that, most important is someone kind, considerate, and easy to live with. Communicative, friendly, but also who respects their own space and mine.
