I am looking to let my flat out while I complete a contract in Kent. The let will be for 3 or 4 months in length.
The flat is fully furnished with a double room with wardrobes and chests of drawers, as well as a single bedroom; Bathroom with large bath and lovely shower; Eat in Kitchen, cosy front room and a garden with decking, lawn and flower bed.
My flat is located just off Lewisham High St with transport links within walking distance. Supermarkets are also extremely nearby with Aldi being the closest. Catford is very up and coming with bars, restaurants and coffee shops opening up. (The Catford Constitutional is one of my favs).
Bills will be included in the price of the monthly rent as I don't want to break any of my existing contracts.
