Currently two male nurses and a male postgraduate student. This wouldn’t suit somebody who needs to socialise every evening but It would suit someone who is happy in there own space, wants a chilled, easy going house and is respectful of others✅

🌏The area is well served and there are many shops just moments away. These include Lidl, Aldi and a Tesco supermarkets. Close by a Cinema, a few gyms, coffee shops, restaurants, a Post Office and Hair dressers etc. The location is great for all your possible needs!

🚙Parking is available on the street outside the house. Permits are provided by the council at around £15 per month.

It is expected that new tenant would be in full-time employment or Full/Part-time Study.

All bills, wifi and furniture are included.
