fully furnished (decor is for photos only) with a comfortable double bed, ample storage drawer and wardrobe, and a work-from-home desk setup.

The house comes with all bills included, TV licenses for the lounges and high speed broadband. We also ensure that a WEEKLY cleaner comes along for the communal areas.

All of our tenants have been assessed and referenced so we can strive to have great tenants in our home.

This room in particular has its own private entrance from the side of the house.

Our house is big so we've made sure that everyone is as confortable as possible with two lounges, two fully equipped kitchens, garden area, and ALL en-suite double rooms! Wifi is high speed and free!

Each kitchen and lounge are on separate floors so everyone can feel confortable.

Rooms are single use only.

4 min from the local supermarket
5 mins from the local leisure centre
