Live in Guardians is pleased to offer a unique opportunity to live in a former police station in Catford.
There is one room available within the 18 bed property, with numerous kitchen and shower facilities.
Please note that the rooms are unfurnished so you will have to provide your own bed and wardrobe facilities.

The property is situated within a 5 minute walk of Bellingham Station., and has a large private car park.

We are a property guardian company, so you will be living in the property under a monthly licence agreement. This means that your notice period is a minimum of 28 days.

We only accept working professionals, aged 21 and over– no children or pets are allowed in the building.

We will require the following documentation from you:

• 3 months’ previous bank statements OR
• 3 months’ previous pay slips
• A copy of your passport OR photo ID
• A character or employment reference
- Valid DBS check

We require the following payments from you to secure a room:

• 1 month rent upfront
• 1 month deposit
