We’ve got a spacious double room available in a peaceful house share in SE6, just a short walk from Catford Bridge railway station.

The room overlooks the lovely peaceful back garden.
It's a middle-of-terrace Victorian house, with high ceilings, large windows and wooden floorboards.

The house:
- Large kitchen with clothes washing facilities
- Lovely private green garden that is great in the summer with clothes drying space
- Relaxed, quiet household

Current housemates are professionals, warm, friendly and easy going but all independent.

This wouldn’t suit somebody who needs to socialise every evening but It would suit someone who is happy in their own space, wants a chilled, easy going house and is respectful of others✅

The area is well connected with trains from Catford Bridge that get you into London Bridge station in 11 minutes and lots of popular bus routes available. The house is also:
- Walking distance to the high street (major supermarkets, shops, gym etc.)
- Close to Mountsfield Park and Ladywell Fields if you like green space
- 5-10 minute walk away from Lewisham Hospital

Parking is available on the street outside the house. Permits are provided by Lewisham Council at around £15 per month.

It is preferred that the new tenant would be in full-time employment.

All bills, wifi and furniture are included. You share the cleaning of communal areas.

Short term lets may be considered.
