House itself is large and spacious. There's a back garden, big living room, and a kitchen with dining table on the ground floor.
Some furniture may be left after existing tenant moves out but generally it's self-furnish.
Thornsbeach Road is 0.8 miles from Catford stations, and from there it's 30 minutes to London Bridge. There are also regular bus services to DLR in Lewisham.
We're three professionals, working from the office most days. We’re pretty sociable, happy both throwing parties and staying in watching films.
