🐶 Dog in the House (Important)

I have a small, well-trained poodle-type dog who lives in the house. He is very clean and:

* Fully house-trained
* Not allowed in your room or on your bed
* Allowed on the sofa in the lounge

This home is best suited to someone who genuinely likes dogs and is comfortable living with one.

I’m not planning to accept another dog, but may consider it in exceptional cases at a higher rent (must be fully house-trained and get along well).

* Around 20–25 minutes to London Bridge by train

* Located on the first floor
* Furnished
* King-size bed
* Small desk
* Storage available
* Private lock on the bedroom door

🏠 The House:
* Brand new, very clean and well maintained
* Quiet location off the main road
* Double-door entrance (gate + front door)
* Shared bathroom (shower) + additional toilet
* Fully equipped kitchen
* TV with Netflix

I’m a friendly Japanese professional working from home.

🚫 House Rules:
* No parties
* Occasional small dinners by agreement
* Quiet residential home

* Deposit: 1 month’s rent
* Minimum stay: 3 months (flexible)
* Available from 1 June (flexible)

📅 Short lets / part-time stays (4–5 days per week) considered at reduced rate.
