The room comes furnished with a bed, wardrobe and bedside tables, as well as the benefit of your own separate private bathroom, exclusively for your use.

The flat is on the second floor and has a spacious, modern kitchen and living area, with TV and Wi-Fi, as well as a good-sized balcony. There is also a nice park at the rear of the property. The flat gets the benefit of a peaceful outlook and feels removed from the noise of Central London, while still being very well connected.

It is approximately an 8-minute walk from Ladywell, Catford Bridge and Catford stations, making it very convenient for commuting into Central London.

You would be sharing the flat with me, the live-in owner. This is a quiet, clean and relaxed home, and I am looking for one person who similarly values a peaceful living environment. Ideally, you will be clean, respectful, considerate and friendly, while also appreciating your own space and independence.

I am looking for someone who wants to feel comfortable and at home here rather than simply renting a room. You would have full use of the shared kitchen and living area, TV and balcony, while having the privacy of your own bedroom and bathroom.

Working from home is welcome. I also work from home on some days, usually up to two / three days per week, so I am looking for someone who would be comfortable sharing the space considerately when we are both working from home.
