Sunny & Spacious Room in Catford

Hey everyone - I’ve just bought my first flat in Catford and am looking for a flatmate to move in from late September. The flat is in a great location, only a 10 minute walk to Catford Station.

The flat is a bright and spacious maisonette located on a quiet road. It is surrounded by green space and backs onto a lovely playing field. The flat includes:
- A large shared living room
- A big bathroom with a separate shower and bath
- A new kitchen
- A small shed
- Lots of storage space
- Great transport links (close to Catford Rail Station, Catford Bridge and Forest Hill)
- Plenty of shops, cafes and restaurants nearby, as well as great parks (Blythe Hill Fields, Beckenham Place Park and Crystal Palace Park).

The flat might look a little empty from the pictures but that's because I only moved in last week! I have ordered quite a few new things though and am waiting for my sofa to be delivered.

A bit about myself: I'm an artist and creative producer. I'm a sociable person who has lived with other flatmates most of my life. I enjoy cooking, going to galleries, the cinema and nights out in London, but also enjoy getting out of the city to go for walks. I'm pretty chilled and laid back, but like to keep my flat tidy.

Rent: £900 per month
Bills: approx. £150-180 per month
Deposit: £450 which will be taken off the first months rent.

The room is currently part furnished with a double bed frame, mattress, chest of drawers, desk and a clothes rail just on the landing outside the room. Happy to take things out of the room if you intend to bring your own furniture.
