The room has 3 outside walls and can be a little cool in winter. The heating is very good but an additional heater will be provided, if required.


The living room, kitchen and bathroom are shared with 2 other females. Super nice house mates, Harriet & Maria who are friendly and laidback. They are happy to share with anyone who is relaxed and considerate. Ideally a hybrid/fully office based professionals or a mature student. Single person occupancy only, the room cannot be shared.

The flat is part of a large house, with an additional flat downstairs also occupied by 2 females, who have their own facilities.

Bills £80-140 approx. The largest amount is historical 3 or 4 months of the year. Last year the bills were around £90 for 7 months.

The house itself has been designed to a high specification with stunning chandeliers and original Victorian features. The property is fully licensed and maintained to a high standard.
