The flat itself has been renovated to a high spec with stunning chandeliers and original Victorian features. The kitchen has a gas range cooker, butler sink with copper taps, large fridge/freezer, dishwasher with a separate dry store larder.

There is a sumptuous roll top bath and separate shower.

The room comes furnished with a dresser and a very large wardrobe and has an ottoman style bed for additional storage.

It is on the first floor of a large house and has newly installed double glazing in the bedroom. The room has 3 outside walls and can be a little cool in winter. The heating is very good but an additional heater will be provided, if required.

The bedroom has ample space for a desk but it’s only available to hybrid or fully office based, professionals.

There is also a lovely big garden for enjoying, during the summer months.
