The rent is £950 , and bills are £185 so it is £1135 per month altogether. Central heating and hot water is included in the rent so the flat is always warm.

I am ideally looking for a female with regular 9 to 5 hours that does not work from home, or if they do its just 1 or 2 days per week. I work as a yoga teacher, I'm in and out during the day and then out working some evenings during the week so I like to have a flatmate where we can both enjoy time in the flat on our own whilst the other is at work.

Looking for someone chilled to keep a peaceful quiet home. I am quiet in the week and go out on the weekends but don't bring the party home. I tend to do dinners/ pubs/ bars not crazy clubbing. Please no drug taking.

I have my mums small dog to stay sometimes too when she is away. So new flatmate must be a dog lover.

The flat is 4 mins walk to Chalk Farm tube, 5 mins walk to the cafes on Englands Lane in Belsize Park, 15 mins to Hampstead Heath, 10 mins to primrose hill. Amazing location!

There is a double bed, 1 wardrobe a chest of drawers and bedside table for your bedroom. Plenty of space for a desk if you need one.

It's a great location in a beautiful well maintained block. I know the landlords well and they are really easy going.
