Lovely flat in Chalk Farm / Belsize Park ☀️

We are looking for someone to live in our lovely rented flat in Chalk Farm / Belsize Park. Bills not included.

Well where can we start. First off the area is amazing, right in between Primrose Hill, Belsize Park, Kentish Town and Camden. Only a 15 minute walk to Regents Park and 20 minute walk to Hampstead Heath! Lots of coffee shops and smaller shops in the surrounding area.

We are less than a 5 minute walk to Chalk Farm station which is on the Northern Line and then about a 9 minute walk to Kentish Town West Overground. There is on street parking which you just need to get a permit for but is relatively cheap.

We live in a two story victorian style flat which is split with the bedrooms at the bottom in the "basement" and then the shared living room, kitchen and bathroom on the first floor. The tenant would be in the smaller double room at the back of the flat which looks out onto our private garden. Even though the bedrooms are in the basement they have lovely natural light as well as the upstairs.

The room fits a double bed, desk and other smaller bits of furniture whilst your main wardrobe will be situated under the stairs. This is your own space and to do with as you see fit.

We are two, single, working female professionals in the creative industry, aged 32 and 33. We were friends before living together from meeting at work and have lived together for three years in this flat already.

We are looking for someone to become friends with and feel apart of the home we have created. The flat is advertised as unfurnished however, we have already brought a lot of the furniture for the flat so you would only need to sort your room and any kitchen bits you want for yourself. Our current house mate is moving back home to Australia which is why we need to find another friendly female to fill her spot :)

Myself (Lauren) and Katie are both extremely clean people and like to keep the flat clean and tidy each week. I often fill the flat with fresh flowers and we are looking for someone to respect and love the space as much as we do and make it feel homey and put just as much effort in.

We'd love a fellow creative individual, who is approachable, fun, likes to sit and watch films together but also enjoys a night out and is a non smoker. Bonus points - if you can get rid of spiders for us haha!!!
