Hi gals! A sunny double room near Chalk Farm is available at the end of the month (August 30th)! Our flatmate is moving out to live with her boyfriend, so we're looking for someone to take over her tenancy :) We're hosting viewings this weekend (August 16th/17th).

Some details about the room:
- £880 pcm + £110 roughly in bills, a steal for the size of the flat and the neighborhood
- No deposit as we communicate directly with the landlord (who is probably the most responsive landlord in London)
- Furnished with a double bed and wardrobe; the rest of the flat is also furnished so just bring your bags
- Room overlooks our garden, a calm place away from the hustle of London
- The flat is a three bed maisonette with common areas all downstairs including a huge living room, dining space, kitchen and private garden in back. The flat is fully equipped with dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. We've also got two bathrooms so you're never waiting for someone to get ready in the morning!
- Location: 10 mins from Chalk Farm underground, 7 mins from Kentish Town West overground and bus stop around the corner with lines to Kings Cross, SoHo/Pimlico, or Holborn/Bank. Also within 15 mins walk of Hampstead Heath, Camden High Street and Primrose Hill.

The flatmates:
- You would be living with me (Sorcha) and Ariane.
- I am a 25-year-old heritage professional currently working at the British Library. I love all things creative and storytelling-related, and spend a lot of my free time painting, writing, visiting museums, galleries and heritage sites and going to gigs.
- Ariane (30) moved to London from Paris about a year ago and works in data science. She likes to swim and also enjoys anything to do with coffee/ pubbing/ eating out etc.

Looking for a friendly female housemate, independent but up for a chat and dinner/coffee/walks on the heath from time to time. Ariane and I are both a balance of clean and easy going, and are looking for someone with a similar vibe. Office or hybrid worker preferred, as we both work in the office full-time.

The lease is up for renewal next May.
