I am leaving to move in with a friend. The current tenancy runs until September. This listing is in effect a sublet until September when you will have the option to sign on in the tenancy

One great aspect with this place is the area, 5 minute walk from Primrose Hill and great access into central via jubilee and northern line. Also Hampstead, Belsize Park etc are also close by.

The house has a large outdoor area, as well as a more private balcony which runs down the side of the house. As for the others in the house they are mainly young working professionals, we all like to socialise and chat, sometimes pub nights or we play sport. We also like get on with our own thing
