Looking for Housemates

I’m looking for two female professionals to join me in a lovely 3-bedroom house in Primrose Hill.

Room 1- Double bedroom
Room 2- Double bedroom
Shared bathroom and fully equipped kitchen and dining.
(We can add furniture to make the living space more cozy)

It’s a great spot: 4 minutes walk to Chalk Farm Underground Station (Northern Line), 10 minutes walk to Regent’s Park and Camden Market, with cafés, shops and everything else you need on the doorstep.

The house is clean, comfortable and genuinely feels like a girls apartment! I’m hoping to find people who are friendly, respectful, clean and easy to live with.

Bills average around £150 per month per person (council tax, electricity, water, gas and wifi). Deposit is 5-weeks rent, £3807.69 to be divided between all.

My current tenancy ends 25th July, ideal move in date would be 26th July. If you’re looking for a home rather than just a room, I’d love to hear from you.
