My long-term flatmate is moving out in September, so I'm looking for someone to replace him on the lease.

I'm hoping to find someone who’s looking for a long-term home rather than just somewhere to stay for a few months.

Rent: £1,100 pcm
Bills: Approximately £150–£200 pcm (includes broadband, council tax, water, energy)

About the flat:
The flat is fully furnished with a living room (which comes with a TV!)

Great location as well, the neighbourhood is quiet but still central and close to amenities

* 🌳 15-minute walk to Primrose Hill and Hampstead Heath

The flat has a good balance between socialising and respecting each other’s space. It’s not a party house, but I enjoy occassionally having friends over for a meal / drink.

About me:
I'm a professional (25M) working in London with a hybrid set-up so I might work from home 1-2 days a week. I'm friendly and easy-going (or so I'd like to think) and definitely enjoy having a good chat. Also, a cool flatmate perk is that you'll get to try my bakes (which may not always be good).
