Looking for a new flatmate to join me in a beautiful, bright and airy 2 bed, 2.5 bath flat in Chalk Farm, available November/December.

About me
I’m a commodities trader and work shifts covering roughly 6am–9pm as well as some weekends, so unlike a standard 9–5 household I’m sometimes home during weekday office hours.

Outside of work I’m very into sport and exercise, and I love getting out and exploring London (I’m originally from Australia). I also enjoy music festivals and travelling often.

I’m looking for someone who is tidy, clean and respectful of shared spaces; and wants the flat to feel like a home rather than just somewhere we happen to both live.

Ideally we’d have a nice balance where we’re both independent and happy doing our own thing, but also occasionally cook together, watch a TV show, have a drink, or hang out. I’d love someone who enjoys a mix of quieter nights at home and being social - especially when the weather is good and we can make use of the garden!

Available Nov/Dec, with some flexibility on the exact move-in date.
