Cosy single room near Camden/Chalk Farm

Hii, this is Yao here. I'm moving out of my cosy all girl flat, which located in a very friendly and quiet Neighbour near Chalk Farm.

The flat is 6 minutes walk to Chalk farm underground station, and 3 minutes to Bus stations. There's also a lift in the building, makes it more accessible.

The room you will be move in is a comfortable single room. Come with a small double bed, desk and chair, and a built-in cupboard/wardrobe. I've used a clothing rack and hanging storage to make more storage space, I can leave them for you for free if you want.

We have a big and cosy living room and TV for you to relax. And our Kitchen is fully equipped, with fridge and plenty of storage space. You will share the bathroom and separate toilet with 2 other girls.

Roommates are all girls in their 20s, so we prefer the same for the new roommate.

Start date will be ideally from 24th Oct-1st Nov.

The heating bill is included in the rent, other bills will be split between roommates, approximately around £100 per person per month(electricity, water, internet, council tax)

You will sign a contract with the landlord Neil directly, he is the nicest landlord I've ever seen! Always repair things quickly, answer your question promptly.
