Flatmate wanted | Primrose Hill | £975 pcm

I’m looking for a new flatmate to move into a lovely two-bedroom flat in Primrose Hill from the start of October.

* £1,950 pcm (£975 pp)
* Spacious kitchen and living room
* Just a 30-second walk from Chalk Farm station
* Around 5 minutes from Primrose Hill high street and the park
* About 10 minutes from Regent’s Park and the canal

I’d love to live with someone who is clean, friendly and communicative someone I can be friends with as well as housemates. It would be lovely to have someone who’s up for doing things together occasionally like a café trip, Pilates, going for a walk, cooking dinner, watching TV or going out star🌟

I’m also really respectful of personal space! I work four days a week and am studying for a part-time Master’s, so I can be quite busy at times.

I really value having a clean and tidy home, particularly keeping the communal areas clean and tidy 🫧
