Sunny 2bed steps from Primrose Hill

I'm looking for someone to take over the master bedroom in a 2-bed flat in Chalk Farm.

The flat is 2 floors, with living room, kitchen, and entryway upstairs (the 4th floor of the building) and bedrooms and bathroom down. Living room is south facing and sunny, with a small balcony. Appliances include dishwasher (brand new) and washing machine.

We're across the street from Chalk Farm tube on the Northern line and a 5 minute walk from Primrose Hill/Regent's Park on one side and Camden Market on the other. 10 minutes by tube into central, or about an hour's walk.

About Me:
31-year-old woman. American, but I've been living in London for more than five years and in the flat for 2. I like movies, working out, and making dinner or going for a walk with friends. I belong to an improv group and volunteer at the neighbourhood library. I enjoy a flatmate evening together watching a movie or going to the pub, but I also don't mind if my flatmate has their own life and activities (we're both adults). I mostly work from home and I like to keep the flat tidy, but I'm not bothere about occasional houseguests and am generally pretty chill about things.

The landlady is extremely nice and quick to address any issues we flag to her.

Bills are about £185pp in the winter, about £170 in the summer, and include gas, electric, water, wifi, and council tax.
